1. \u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 DECIDEN HACER UN PARO ARMADO EN MEDIO DE UN PROCESO ELECTORAL EN COLOMBIA?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los procesos electorales son cada cuatro a\u00f1os, pero la ausencia de respuesta del Gobierno a la poblaci\u00f3n son todos los d\u00edas, igual el mal Gobierno de Duque; el Paro es parte de la despedida a un mal Gobierno y un recordatorio para los que lo eligieron junto con el \u00d1e\u00f1e.<\/p>\n

2. \u00bfHABR\u00c1 UN PROCESO DE DI\u00c1LOGO EN EL PR\u00d3XIMO GOBIERNO?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cualquier Gobierno que quiera dialogar con el ELN tiene las puertas abiertas, no es el ELN quien se niega a dialogar, as\u00ed como tampoco, nunca se ha retirado de ninguna Mesa de Di\u00e1logos.<\/p>\n

3. \u00bfCU\u00c1L SER\u00cdA LA CONDICI\u00d3N INICIAL PARA UN PROCESO DE SOLUCI\u00d3N POL\u00cdTICA SI SE LLEGARA A NEGOCIAR?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nunca el ELN ha colocado condiciones para dialogar con ning\u00fan Gobierno desde 1991 hasta la actualidad, siempre han sido los Gobiernos los que colocan las condiciones para adelantar un proceso de Soluci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

4. \u00bfCREE POSIBLE UN CAMBIO EN EL PANORAMA POL\u00cdTICO CON EL PRESENTE PROCESO ELECTORAL?<\/strong><\/p>\n

El proceso de cambio en Colombia est\u00e1 en camino desde el momento que la gente se ha tomado las calles y resiste por meses para obtener soluciones a sus demandas, cualquier Gobierno que sea el siguiente y no responda al clamor popular, las protestas seguir\u00e1n; los Gobiernos elegidos no han tra\u00eddo soluciones a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, hasta ahora el pueblo no conoce otro camino distinto al de las protestas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
