La pequeñez y mezquindad de este Gobierno le impidió valorar el gesto de paz del ELN al realizar un Cese el Fuego unilateral, durante las elecciones de primera vuelta y prefirió lanzar un ataque contra una de nuestras unidades en el Sur de Bolívar.
