Llegamos a este Día de las Víctimas en este 2022 con otra horrenda masacre perpetrada el 28 de marzo por el Ejército gubernamental en Puerto Leguízamo, Putumayo; el Presidente, el Ministro de Defensa y la alta cúpula militar presentaron el hecho como “un combate entre el Ejército y un grupo de las disidencias de las Farc”, en el que los militares habían causado 11 muertos y 4 detenidos al supuesto grupo disidente.
